The Dowagiac-based Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians a major expansion  will take place at the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo.

The plans are for an additional 250 hotel rooms with a multi-use conference centre to the facility on Wilson Road, and it’s been confirmed that Winds Hartford casino will open in August.
